INITIAL COURSE: The basics of Nordic walking with mastering the correct technique.

3 x 1 hour – Price: 15 EUR

Rental of quality rods included in the price. We advise to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

CONTINUOUS COURSE: upgrading the basic technique.

4 x 1,5 hours or  3 x 2 hours – Price: 30 EUR

Rental of quality rods and cardiovascular testing included in the price.

MONTHLY EXERCISE WITH NORDIC WALKING:

2x weekly workout, 8 x 1 hour – Price: 35 EUR

Rental of quality rods, cardiovascular testing and exercise plan included in the price.
